Abstract
本文报道共济失调‐毛细血管扩张症合并胸部淋巴瘤一例.患儿男,11岁,因咳嗽、呼吸困难1周入院.体检:双眼球结膜毛细血管扩张,眼球震颤,双手精细动作时伴震颤,行走不稳.颅脑MRI平扫见小脑萎缩,第四脑室扩大.胸部CT平扫及增强见中上纵隔见不规则软组织肿块,密度不均,与胸腺分界不清,增强扫描肿块不均匀强化.基因检测患儿确诊为共济失调‐毛细血管扩张症.
