应用双翼异型钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位

Abstract
目的探讨双翼异型钢板在肩锁关节脱位治疗中的应用.方法11例新鲜肩锁关节脱位患者,按Allman分类Ⅱ°7例,Ⅲ°4例,均采用双翼异型钢板内固定术.术后随访3～12个月(平均7个月).结果按Karlsson评分标准,优10例,良1例,未出现松动、感染、断钉等合并症.结论双翼异型钢板适用于肩锁关节半脱位及完全脱位,术前检查时应特别重视是否有神经损伤.
