Abstract
目的 评价以护士为基础、以临床医生和麻醉医生为督导的疼痛管理模式(NBASS-APS)在临床术后疼痛管理中应用的效果.方法 将300例腹部手术患者分为观察组和对照组各150例,观察组术后给予NBASS-APS,对照组采用传统的急性疼痛服务模式.记录2组患者的总费用和术后镇痛效果.结果 观察组住院费用、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均明显少于对照组,而术后48 h睡眠时间明显多于对照组,术后各时间段VAS评分均明显低于对照组.结论 NBASS-APS在开腹术后患者中应用能有效地降低患者的住院费用,提高成本效益.
