Abstract
目的 探讨小儿低颅压综合征的病因及临床特点.方法 回顾性分析28例小儿低颅压综合征的临床资料.结果 小儿低颅压综合征以体位性头痛及呕吐为主要表现,腰椎穿刺术示侧卧位脑脊液压低于60 mm H2O,经补液治疗均痊愈.结论 小儿低颅压综合征预后良好,病因以继发性占多数(89.29%),提高对本病的认识,避免医源性因素是防治的关键.
