内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术中鼻部疾病处理的观察

Abstract
目的 观察慢性泪囊炎患者行内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术中鼻部疾病的处理的效果.方法 2017年6月至2018年3月我院慢性泪囊炎鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术34例(34眼),其中伴鼻中隔偏曲者6例术中联合鼻中隔矫正手术,伴鼻腔息肉者12例联合鼻息肉切除,鼻窦炎者16例联合鼻窦开放手术.术后随访6个月.结果 治愈30例,好转2例,无效2例,总有效率为94.12％.所有病例均未见严重并发症.结论 内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术中鼻部疾病的处理治疗慢性泪囊炎效果良好.
