Abstract
炎症可促进肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润、转移.鼻咽癌中血液学炎症标志物异常(外周血中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比值、血小板淋巴细胞比值、全身免疫炎症指数、C反应蛋白等)是炎症在肿瘤发展中的临床表现,通过对鼻咽癌患者中的血液学炎症标志物检测可获得提示预后的信息,对现有的预后指标起到补充作用,有助于指导个体化临床治疗策略的制定,为临床实践提供更多的思路.
