Abstract
目的 探讨非典型支气管哮喘致窦性心动过速的临床特征及治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析19例非典型支气管哮喘导致窦性心动过速患者的临床资料、治疗结果.结果 19例患者经肺功能检查明确诊断为支气管哮喘,经治疗后心动过速得到控制,治疗后心率明显低于治疗前[(86.79±3.91)次/min与(108.89±4.23)次/min,t=6.921,P=0.000].结论 非典型支气管哮喘导致窦性心动过速患者应尽早行肺功能检查明确诊断,并给予抗哮喘治疗及钙离子阻滞剂抗心律失常治疗.
