Abstract
手术管理是外科医疗质量管理的核心内容.作者介绍复旦大学附属儿科医院为加强手术麻醉管理,通过信息化建设、流程再造,从围术期患者转运、交接、用药、安全核查、术中护理等环节进行全流程信息支持下的手术麻醉信息系统设计.通过信息化的手术麻醉系统建设,从信息的角度实现了手术室内外医院信息系统的互联互通,有效提高了手术室内相关工作的安全性和便捷性,实现了重要环节的监管,降低了手术相关环节的差错风险,保障了患者安全.
