Abstract
跟骨骨折的治疗向来是许多临床科研工作者关注的焦点,传统的手术治疗不仅仅需要恢复跟骨关节面的平整,重建跟骨的解剖形态,更关键的是要减轻术后软组织肿胀,降低术后并发症的发生率.近年来,陆续有学者报告通过跗骨窦入路治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效及预后,并且获得了较为满意的结果.本文综述了国内外关于跗骨窦入路治疗跟骨骨折的最新研究进展,以便对临床工作的开展提供参考.
