Abstract
目的 探讨脊髓静脉高压综合征的诊治策略与方法.方法 通过我院收治的69例脊髓静脉高压综合征患者,总结诊断方法主要靠MRI全脊柱成像、脊髓水成像及脊髓顺磁性血管造影,最终确诊依据选择性脊髓动脉造影,明确病变类型、瘘口部位、大小、血流速度等,确诊后再选择治疗方法与应遵循的策略.结果 本组69例,血管内介入治疗51例,手术治疗18例,治愈30例,好转25例,无变化14例.结论 本病血管内治疗及显微于术都是行之有效的方法.
