Abstract
[目的]分析比较腹腔镜胆总管切开纤维胆道镜取石T管引流术(LCHTD)与胆结石开腹手术(OCHTD)的临床效果.[方法]对2008年1月至2009年6月45例肝内外胆管结石病人施行LCHTD与同期OCHTD的45例病例进行对比分析.[结果]两组手术病人均治愈出院.术中出血量、胃肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间,LCHTD组明显优于OCHTD组(P<0.01);而手术时间、带T管时间LCHTD组则长于OCHTD组(P<0.05).[结论]腹腔镜胆总管切开取石术安全、有效,可行.
