Abstract
气管支气管内支架置入术在成人呼吸科已得到非常广泛的应用,成功用于治疗各种原因引起的气道狭窄、气道瘘等.儿童因其自身独特的解剖、生理特点,对气管支气管内支架置入术的要求更高.随着材料学的不断发展和制作工艺的不断进步,相继出现各种具有不同形态、可满足不同需求的气管支架.本文就儿童气管支气管内支架置入术的临床应用现状、研究进展及前景作一综述.
