Abstract
目的 探讨精索静脉曲张对体外受精(in-vitro fertili zation,IVF)结局的影响.方法 收集139个体外受精周期患者,经过B超诊断为精索静脉曲张;323个行IVF治疗的精液正常患者作为对照组.统计IVF组精索静脉组受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率及妊娠结局与对照组的比较.结果 精索静脉曲张组和对照组比较,受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、可移植胚胎率、临床妊娠率下降,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),流产率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 精索静脉曲张可导致IVF胚胎质量下降,对妊娠流产率无明显影响.
