教材建设是培养高素质优秀人才的重要保障.北京大学医学部生理学与病理生理学系选取具有代表性的美国基础医学课程教材Pathophysiology:the biologic basis for disease in adults and children和国内病理生理学教材进行比较,从基本框架结构、内容选择和编排、图表应用及与临床关联等方面分析了各自的特点,为促进我国病理生理学课程建设和教学内容的改革,特别是为提高教材建设水平提供了参考.
