肺是人体的一个重要器官,负责气体交换功能.肺的另一个特点,在于其与外界相通,每天都有大量的空气中的无机和有机颗粒进入肺内.因此肺部具有一个完善而且特殊的免疫环境.在这个环境中,肺的巨噬细胞扮演着重要的角色.本综述将对肺巨噬细胞的分类、发育、功能、获取的一些进展进行论述.
