Abstract
目的探讨新鲜多层羊膜移植治疗角膜溃疡的效果.方法对12例(12眼)角膜溃疡(其中5例角膜穿孔)施行新鲜多层羊膜移植治疗,术后随访3～12月.结果 11例治愈,1例复发.术后短期内未见植片融解、未见急性排斥反应.2～5周角膜上皮愈合.10眼视力不同程度提高.结论新鲜多层羊膜移植是治疗角膜溃疡的有效方法.
