Abstract
心外膜脂肪组织(epicardial adipose tissue,EAT)是内脏脂肪组织的特殊形式,沉积在心外膜,包绕于心肌和大血管周围,被人类解剖学家证实[1].它分泌多种与动脉粥样硬化相关的细胞因子和蛋白,与冠状动脉粥样硬化的发展密切相关[2],作为一种心血管危险因素的标志引起了临床的关注.本文就超声测量心外膜脂肪组织的厚度在临床中的应用作一综述.
