Abstract
碱基切除修复(BER)是DNA氧化损伤修复的重要通路,该通路的突变造成基因不稳定而增加癌症风险.大量研究已证明,BER通路的关键蛋白,如DNA糖基化酶、脱嘌呤/嘧啶核酸内切酶1、DNA聚合酶等,在多种肿瘤中异常表达.此外这些蛋白的单核苷酸多态性影响肿瘤细胞的修复活性,有望成为肿瘤诊断、治疗及预后评估的重要指标.
