腹腔镜超声(LUS)结合了超声探查和腹腔镜技术的优势,有较高的分辨率、多角度探查的优势,已广泛应用于胆道外科的微创手术.其在困难腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)、胆总管探查术、肝内胆管结石手术、辅助胆胰肿瘤术中分期等方面有很大的辅助作用.本文重点讨论LUS在胆道系统腹腔镜手术中的应用及其技术要点.
