Abstract
目的 探讨针灸配合中药治疗重度颅脑损伤后顽固性呃逆的临床疗效.方法 将60例重度颅脑损伤后顽固性呃逆的患者随机分为两组各30例,治疗组采用针灸配合中药治疗.对照组肌注胃复安10mg,1次/8 h;鼻饲硝苯地平10 mg或多虑平25 mg,3次/d,两组均1周为1个疗程.结果 治疗组总有效率为96.67%;对照组总有效率为70.00%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.68,P<0.01).结论 针灸配合中药治疗重度颅脑损伤后顽同性呃逆有良效.
