视网膜中央动脉阻塞的血液流变学变化相关性分析

Abstract
目的 探讨视网膜中央动脉阻塞患者发病与血液流变学变化之间的关系.方法 利用SA系列血液流变测试仪对视网膜中央动脉阻塞组及正常对照组进行血液流变学测定.结果 36例视网膜中央动脉阻塞患者的血液流变学各项指标均较健康对照组增高,其中血细胞压积0.51±0.57、全血黏度:高切4.14±0.68,低切20.63±4.05、血浆黏度1.78±0.12、血沉6.20±4.06,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 视网膜中央动脉阻塞与血液流变学异常有关.
