Abstract
目的调查分析军队护士的生活满意程度,寻找有效的应对方式提高军队护士的生活质量.方法采用生活满意度自评量表A对军队2所三级甲等医院的484名临床一线护士进行不记名问卷调查.结果不同学历军队护士生活满意度有差异,学历越高,生活满意度越高.结论增加再教育机会,提高护士学历,多方面提高军队护士自身综合素质,是提高军队护士生活满意度的有效措施.
