应用彩色多普勒检杳98例2型糖尿病患者的下肢动脉硬化程度,高效液相色谱一紫外光检测法测定血清5-羟色胺水平.结果 提示病变组5-羟色胺显著高于无病变组(P<0.01),重度病变组5-羟色胺显著高于轻、中度病变组(P<0.01).
