急性脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的变化及其意义

Abstract
目的 探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的变化及其意义.方法 检测87例ACI患者和45例正常人血浆Hcy水平,并对ACI患者进行临床神经功能缺损程度评分.结果 ACI组血浆Hcy水平(27.16±8.03)μmol/L明显高于对照组(16.17±5.48)μmol/L(P<0.05);且中型、重型血浆Hcy水平明显高于轻型(P<0.05),重型血浆Hcy水平明显高于中型(P<0.05).结论 高Hcy血症与ACI的发病密切相关,且血浆Hcy水平越高,神经功能缺损程度越严重.
