Abstract
肾功能试验项目主要有肌酐、尿素、尿酸、胱抑素C、尿白蛋白、尿蛋白以及α1-微球蛋白、β2-微球蛋白和视黄醇结合蛋白等.实现这些肾功能试验项目结果的标准化与一致化有助于临床诊疗.因此,很多学者致力于肾功能试验标准化的研究.目前已有一部分项目可以实现标准化,但仍有一些肾功能试验项目,由于检测的复杂性,在实现标准化的过程中仍然存在一些问题和挑战.
