Abstract
目的 评估咀嚼功能对老年患者营养和胃肠道症状的影响.方法 通过问卷调查120例老年患者的口腔条件和咀嚼能力,分析咀嚼能力与营养状况和胃肠道功能的相关性.结果 老年患者的营养状况与义齿的状况有关,但与义齿的数量、咀嚼能力无显著关联,胃肠道不适与咀嚼功能、咀嚼问题的多少和食物选择有关.结论 咀嚼能力减弱的老年患者应避免摄人某些食物以免出现胃肠道不适,或因服药而使胃肠功能紊乱症状加重.
