Abstract
非小细胞肺癌为肺癌最常见的分类.针对非小细胞肺癌患者的分子靶向治疗已发展十余年,现今其已逐渐成为拥有敏感基因突变患者的一线治疗.在研究中发现,除常见经典突变以外,某些罕见突变及其相关联合突变仍可能与对表皮生长因子受体-酪氨酸激酶抑制剂的敏感性相关.文中主要综述了近年S768I突变及其相关联合突变在非小细胞肺癌治疗中的研究进展.
