Abstract
先天性冠状动脉瘘是一种相对少见的先天性心脏病,青春期以后约80%的患者会出现呼吸困难、充血性心力衰竭、瘘管破裂和急性心肌梗死等并发症,目前认为此病即使无症状,也应早期诊断,择期行根治性治疗[1,2].我科2002年1月-2005年10月应用美国AGA公司Amplazter动脉导管未闭封堵器及国产深圳先健公司肌部室间隔封堵器介入治疗先天性冠状动脉瘘14例,取得了满意的疗效,现报道如下.
