Abstract
自《国卫办医函〔2017〕1191号国家卫生计生委办公厅关于医疗机构麻醉科门诊和护理单元设置管理工作的通知》发布以来,麻醉护理岗位的设置再次成为麻醉学科与护理学科发展史上的热点.本文通过介绍无锡市人民医院的麻醉护理发展模式,并结合文献分析,综述了我国麻醉护理的发展现状,并借鉴发达国家成熟的麻醉护理发展经验,展望我国麻醉专科护理的未来方向,旨在为规范和完善我国麻醉护理事业提供些许思路.
