颈动脉蹼与缺血性脑卒中的相关研究进展

Abstract
颈动脉蹼是颈动脉球后壁颈动脉分叉以远的腔内薄层突出物,为颈动脉颅外段的非动脉粥样硬化性疾病,目前认为其是非典型内膜型肌纤维发育不良.近年来,越来越多的研究指出颈动脉蹼是缺血性脑卒中少见但重要的危险因素.为了能够准确地对颈动脉蹼进行快速诊断,对其所致的缺血性脑卒中实施针对性的干预及治疗,笔者现围绕颈动脉蹼与缺血性脑卒中的相关研究进展进行综述.
