医疗保险付费改革是当前医药卫生体制改革的重要工作之一.通过对疾病编码的标准化、病案首页的规范化、病种分组的科学化和医疗管理的信息化研究,初步完成诊断相关组预定额付费制度的主要内容,辅以临床路径推广、医疗服务协议签订、病案首页填报准确、跨部门协作机制建立等措施以确保按DRGs分组付费改革顺利平稳实施.
