抗生素在整形外科中的预防性应用

Abstract
目的 探讨整形外科Ⅰ类切口手术预防性应用抗生素的合理方案.方法 采用回顾性对照研究,对比观察748例整形外科Ⅰ类切口住院患者围手术期不给药及不同给药方式的临床感染率.结果 多天数给药组(A组)、规范给药组(B组)、不给药组(C组)3个组别互相比较,其预防术后感染的效果差异无统计学意义.结论 整形外科大多数Ⅰ类切口不需预防性应用抗生素,特殊情况者严格按照《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》进行给药即可达到良好的临床疗效.
