亚麻苦甙水解酶/亚麻苦甙(lis/lin)系统作为一种新型自杀基因系统,为肿瘤的基因治疗提供了又一手段.研究表明,它通过水解前体药物产生氰根离子(CN-)对靶细胞产生杀伤效应.相比较其他自杀基因系统,lis/lin自杀基因系统具有高效、无不良反应等特点,同时其旁观者效应机制也不同于其他自杀基因系统,表现出更为强大杀伤周围靶细胞的作用.因此,作为一种新型的自杀基因系统,将有希望用于肿瘤临床治疗.
