Abstract
脑出血是一种严重的急性脑血管疾病,而继发性损伤是脑出血后重要的损伤机制之一.目前研究证实调节性T细胞(Tregs)在脑出血后可以通过调节小胶质细胞亚型、抑制炎症反应等机制发挥其保护作用.笔者现围绕Tregs细胞在脑出血后继发性损伤中的保护机制的研究进展进行综述,以期为脑出血治疗中新的研究方向及治疗靶点的探索提供参考.
