Abstract
Dravet综合征是婴幼儿期起病的一种癫痫性脑病,多数患者抗癫痫药物治疗疗效欠佳,但随着新型抗癫痫药物的不断问世,为Dravet综合征的治疗提供了更多选择.近年来,随着非药物治疗手段的增多,神经调控术、生酮饮食等方法也被证实对Dravet综合征患者有不同程度的作用.现对Dravet综合征治疗的最新研究进展进行详细阐述,同时对Dravet综合征患者的神经心理损伤的治疗及如何预防和处理Dravet综合征患儿出现癫痫性猝死、癫痫持续状态进行介绍.
