手术病人输血知识认知情况调查及护理对策

Abstract
目的了解接受手术拟输血病人对输血一般知识认知情况,探讨开展输血知识健康教育的必要性.方法对200例拟手术病人进行输血知识问卷调查,了解接受和不接受输血知识教育2组病人对输血需求及对输血的心理担忧情况.结果对输血知识非常了解仅6%,近半数(47%)不了解,93.5%病人要求接受输血知识健康教育.结论对拟接受输血的病人开展多种形式的输血知识健康教育可提高病人对输血疗法的顺从性,减少病人对输血的心理担忧.
