Abstract
随着肿瘤个体化治疗的发展,寻找肿瘤相关靶向生物标志的任务也日趋紧迫,相比在肿瘤组织中的检测,血清肿瘤标志物因其取材简易,检测方式便捷灵活等优点而显得愈发重要.目前,随着筛选手段和策略的不断发展,发现了很多可供临床进行早诊,疗效和预后评价的新型血清肿瘤生物标志物,相信随着临床研究的不断深入和临床实践的不断验证,必将对肿瘤临床诊疗起到巨大的推动作用.
