贝伐珠单抗作为全球第一个抗血管生成的单克隆抗体,获得美国食品和药物管理局批准用于胶质母细胞瘤的挽救治疗,之后贝伐珠单抗治疗恶性胶质瘤成为研究的焦点,但最新研究结果并不支持其在恶性胶质瘤的一线治疗中应用.另外,该药在放射性脑坏死的治疗上也取得令人鼓舞的效果,确切疗效有待进一步证实.
