Abstract
目的 研究非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLO患者外周血中基质金属蛋白酶2(matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2)的表达活性.方法 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和明胶酶谱法同时测定7例病理确诊NSCLC患者及2名健康志愿者外周血中MMP-2表达情况,分别显示蛋白质表达的量和强度,分析MMP-2活性.结果 9例标本均有MMP-2表达,但NSCLC患者外周血中MMP-2活性较健康志愿者高.结论 检测外周血中MMP-2的表达活性有助于肺癌的诊断及预后判断.
