Abstract
目的 探讨水胶体敷贴治疗化疗药物外渗的疗效.方法 将46例静脉化疗药物外渗患者随机分为观察组和对照组各23例.两组患者给予地塞米松和利多卡因环形封闭治疗基础上,观察组用水胶体敷贴外敷,对照组用50％硫酸镁湿敷,比较两组患者的疗效.结果 观察组有效率明显高于对照组,疼痛缓解和红肿消退时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 水胶体敷贴治疗化疗药物外渗疗效好,能有效减轻疼痛及局部炎症反应,值得临床广泛应用.
