Abstract
临床免疫学是免疫学的一个重要分支,是架起免疫学和临床医学的桥梁.近年来,固有免疫理论、Th17细胞的概念和意义、调节性细胞理论等临床免疫学理论的突破,以及各种临床免疫学新技术--芯片技术、组学技术、酶联免疫斑点、流式细胞术及相关临床免疫学新技术的发展,促进了多学科的交融,也推动临床免疫学技术向自动化、智能化、高通量方向发展的进程.同时,亦给临床检验工作的提高和发展带来前所未有的机遇与挑战.
