公民逝世后器官捐献供肺评估标准和维护经验

Abstract
目的 总结公民逝世后器官捐献(DCD)供者肺脏应用的评估标准和供肺功能维护的经验.方法 2013年1月至2015年6月对139例DCD供者通过严格的评估和有效的肺功能维护,获取供肺11例.供肺冷缺血时间为(526.8±12.6)min(312～675 min),完成9例序贯式双肺移植,2例单肺移植.结果 围手术期1例肺移植受者死亡,死亡原因为肺部感染.存活10例受者术后未发生排斥反应,出院后随访至今均存活且生活质量良好.结论 使用器官捐献的供肺肺移植效果良好,供肺的评估标准及功能维护是保证肺移植成功的重要因素.
