Abstract
目的 建立顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用法(HS-SPME-GC-MS)鉴别感冒清热颗粒中紫苏叶的方法.方法 样品在80℃下,用100μm聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)固相微萃取纤维对样品顶空吸附20min,于230℃脱附5min,然后采用GC-MS对解析物进行分离鉴定,SPB-1701柱(30m×0.25mm,0.25μm).结果 从感冒清热颗粒提取成分中鉴别来自紫苏叶的紫苏酮成分.结论 HS-SPME-GC-MS可鉴定感冒清热颗粒的组成药味,方法简便、迅速、准确、可靠.
