Abstract
目的 探讨血清尿酸(SUA)合并高血压时男性冠状动脉狭窄程度的影响.方法 随机选择522例临床诊断为冠心病而行冠状动脉造影的男性患者,按高血压诊断标准分为高血压组(HT)和非高血压组(NHT),比较两组间冠状动脉狭窄积分、SUA及血小板状态[血小板计数(PLT),血小板平均容积(MPV),血小板分布宽度(PDW)]的差异,以探讨SUA合并高血压对冠状动脉狭窄程度的影响.结果 冠状动脉狭窄程度、SUA及PDW组间差异有统计学意义(HT>NHT,P<0.01;HT>NHT,P<0.01;HTMore
