Abstract
经鼻高流量氧疗是最近几年一种比较新型的氧疗方式,它不但可以调节恒定的氧浓度,提供低水平气道正压,减少鼻咽部死腔,充分加温加湿气体,还可以改善气道黏膜清除功能,提高舒适度,从而受到医护人员的一致好评.本文综述了经鼻高流量氧疗在呼吸危重症患者中的应用,希望对广大同仁有一定帮助.
