退化性下睑内翻伴眼睑松弛的手术治疗

Abstract
目的 探讨退化性下睑内翻伴眼睑松弛矫正手术的技巧和疗效.方法 对96例(117眼)退化性下睑内翻伴眼睑松弛行眼轮匝肌缩短、眼轮匝肌条下移、下睑缩肌缝合加固联合下睑成形术,随访6～24个月,观察其疗效.结果 108(92.31％)眼术后得到良好矫正;出现下睑外翻9眼(7.69％),其中6眼自然痊愈,3眼半年后行眼睑后层组织部分切除术治愈,总治愈率为97.44％(114/117).结论 该术式治疗退化性下睑内翻伴松弛,远期矫正效果佳,复发率低,并发症少,是一种安全有效的手术方式.
