Abstract
诺卡菌(Nocardia)是一种腐生型细菌,广泛存在于自然界.该菌是一类机会致病菌,主要通过呼吸道或外伤进入人体内,引起肺部、皮肤甚至全身的急慢性化脓性或肉芽肿性病变[1].诺卡病(Nocardiosis)是由诺卡菌感染引起的一种少见疾病,临床表现与肺结核病、恶性肿瘤等的症状相似,容易造成误诊,且诺卡菌与分枝杆菌具有相似的染色特征、形态特征和培养特征[2],故及时、准确地诊断出诺卡菌,对疾病的确诊、治疗及预后有着重大意义.
