Abstract
同时发生的亚急性甲状腺炎和Graves病罕见.通过报告1例亚急性甲状腺炎同时合并Graves病病例,并结合其他文献所报道的同时发生的亚急性甲状腺炎和Graves病病例,探讨其临床特点及诊疗注意事项,亚急性甲状腺炎考虑可能合并存在Graves病时,应行甲状腺摄碘率、甲状腺自身免疫性抗体、甲状腺细针穿刺活检及甲状腺核素显像等检查,以明确诊断,并根据甲状腺功能变化,适时调整治疗方案.
