Abstract
本文报道食管裂孔疝经鼻腔肠管置入鼻饲后出现的以出汗、心悸、血压降低等全身症状为主要表现的倾倒综合征1例,提示倾倒综合征在非手术患者中有一定的发病率,并对倾倒综合征的进行文献复习,以提高倾倒综合征确诊率,避免漏诊.
