Abstract
通过对北京大学人民医院2008级、2009级和2010级245名医学研究生(以下简称研究生)进行调查,分析比较不同年级研究生的就业能力及辅导需求.研究结果发现,研究生的就业心理压力随着年级的升高逐渐增大,研究生的职业规划能力和求职技能欠缺是普遍问题,研究生在不同阶段对就业辅导的需求不同.同时,针对研究生的就业指导提出了相应的对策和建议.
